Acclaimed by the BBC and the friends and family of Elvis, Antony brings his own unique style to the performance—he is not a tribute artist but delivers the music as himself, making this a truly special experience. Pressed ham hock terrine with citrus and coriander, mustard mayonnaise, grape chutney and crisp shallot rings. DF, GF *

Home smoked duck breast with fresh apple plum compote and soy cured egg yolk. DF, GF

Confit butternut squash fondant with curried cauliflower, red pepper puree and parsnip crisps. VE, DF, GF

 

_ MAINS _

Sun blushed tomato and mozzarella arancini with green olive puree, roast vine tomatoes and sauce vierge. V

Pan fried fillet of sea bass, tomato and herb crushed new potatoes, garlic spinach and spring onion red pepper salsa. GF, DF

Confit Gressingham duck leg, potato rosti, fine beans, mange tout and blackberry jus. GF

Braised ox cheek and creamy mashed potato, kale and roast squash with red wine jus.

Classic vanilla crème Brule and homemade shortbread. GF*

Smooth dark chocolate delice with vanilla crème anglaise, poached strawberries and baked meringue. Red wine poached pear with homemade granola, blackberries and lemon sorbet. DF, VE, GF
