Breakfast Chef

Join Our Team as a Breakfast Chef

Are you a passionate and talented chef with a love for creating delicious breakfasts? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Breakfast Chef.

Position: Breakfast Chef Working Hours: 5 days per week, approximately 30 hours in total, from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Hourly Wage: £11.50

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot breakfast dishes.
  • Maintain stock levels to ensure seamless breakfast service.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a chef is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Must have access to personal transport or a valid driver’s license.
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional breakfast experiences.
  • Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

Join Our Team as a Chef de Partie

Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for managing your section of the kitchen and maintaining high-quality standards? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Chef de Partie.

Position: Chef de Partie Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for weekends, afternoons, and evenings, including split shifts. Hourly Wage: £12.50

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold dishes.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels for your section in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Use your excellent organizational skills to contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Participate in food preparations and uphold high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is highly preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Availability to work weekends, afternoons, and evenings, as well as handle split shifts.
  • Must have access to personal transport or a valid driver’s license.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen needs.

Part Time / Full Time Housekeeper

Looking for Part-time or full time work with flexible working hours?

We’re looking for a someone who is hard working to join our friendly Housekeeping team.

We are just 3 miles from Chichester city center and easily accessible.

You will be working as part of a team during your day to day tasks. The duties will include but are not limited to; cleaning of rooms, making beds and cleaning bathrooms, ensuring a high standard for arriving guests, general cleaning of reception and lounge area, washing and drying towels and linen for the restaurant.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Our housekeeping team are hardworking and energetic so we’re looking for someone who has the same sort of enthusiasm and is willing to get stuck in!
