Dear guests and friends of Crouchers Orchards,
It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to temporarily close our doors at Crouchers Hotel, the Potager Restaurant and Cider House Kitchen. It was not an easy decision to make, but we feel that we must take the governments advice for the health and well being of not only our guests but our incredibly loyal and hard working team too.
We send out our thanks and appreciation to all of you who have supported us over the last 22 years as a local independent business and have continued to do so throughout these difficult times. We wish everyone good health and also a reminder that we will get through this together.
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to each and every one of our team members who have worked so hard both day and night supporting the business. We wouldn’t have been able to have developed this business without the hard work and dedication of our team.
Whilst we are closing the doors for the time being, we are still available on the end of the phone for any queries, future bookings or help we may be able to offer. Please do feel free to contact us on 01243 784995 if you have any questions regarding your booking. If you do have a booking we will not leave you stranded, but do ask that you call us so that we can understand what your requirements might be, and to clarify what we can provide.
Again, we thank you for your continued support and really do look forward to welcoming you all back once we’ve fought through this COVID-19.
This is not in any way a goodbye, more of a ‘we’ll see you soon’.
How can I help support local businesses during this time?
Many local businesses rely on the support of their local community and guests and there is a way you can help! Although you may not be able to visit your local eateries or places to stay at the moment, you can help by purchaing a gift voucher to use at a later date. As a ‘thank you’ from us, we’re giving you an additional £10 per gift voucher with our limited edition gift vouchers! They’re only available until the 30th April and they are limited, so once they’re gone, they’re gone! You can get yours here.
